For those of you who haven't yet tasted the best vegan/ vegetarian food out there, here's your chance to not only try it, but indulge in this deal that can't be beat.
The Vegetarian House in San Jose, Ca is determined to turn people vegetarian so they are inviting people to eat as much as they want and pay as much as they want. This is true, my boyfriend just went there about two weeks ago and discovered this promotion. I also heard about it on the news.
This restaurant has a variety of organic vegan/vegetarian foods inspired by Thailand, Vietnam, India, even Italy, and America. My personal favorite is their make your own spring roll dish. It isn't called that but because I can never remember the names of their dishes that is what I call it. Anyhow it is delicious and comes with this soy fish inspired thing that looks like and tastes a little like fish.
As I stated previously this restaurant wants people to realize the benefits of being vegetarian. When you walk into the restaurant don't be shocked to see pictures of a woman. This woman is the "Supreme Master" of the religion affiliated with this restaurant and the people that work there.

You don't have to practice this religion to eat at this restaurant, neither do you have to be a vegetarian. You just have to be open to trying new and amazing foods. I hope you all go and discover how delicious vegan and vegetarian food can be and make you feel.
